Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault.​

• Vouchers are redeemable at the booking stage, please find the voucher form for reservations on our booking page of TwoCooks website. Please email us at info@twocooks.ie with your contact details, voucher code and a few preferred dates and times for your reservation. We do our best to fit you in on your preferred date.

• There is a limited amount of vouchers allowed per night. Vouchers must be booked in advance unannounced vouchers will not be honoured.

• All vouchers purchased before 2nd December 2019 had been extended for an extra 2 years due to covid closures, now these vouchers have expired and cannot be redeemed

• Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the booking stage.

• For Groups of 6 and over the terms, require a €10 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee per person to be paid at the booking stage to secure the booking. This amount (€10 x number of guests) will be deducted from bill total upon payment of the bill for all guests who attend.

• Confirmed tables that do not show up, drop the number of guests or cancel on the day of the reservation will be charged €45 per person to cover the cost/loss of the unsold table.

• Payment will be processed and debited from the authorised credit/debit card amount. No refund will be offered for cancellations and no-shows. You will be be contacted via e-mail (please check your spam) 48 hours prior to your booking to confirm your reservation. All bookings must be confirmed in advance. 

• All the pre-paid reservations are non-refundable. €89 covers the tasting menu for one guest. €130 covers the Mussels and Steak Meal for two guests. €80 covers the 6pm Steak Special for two guests. If your plans change, you can transfer your reservation to another person.
